GCET exam

GCET(Goa Common Entrance Exam) is a state-level exam participated by many colleges meant for undergraduates. Many colleges accept exam scores as an entry requirement. This exam was conducted for Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Medicine, Homoeopathy, Architecture, Ayurveda, Allied Health Sciences courses. Each section has 75 questions, and the exam is administered over two days. The exam has three sections, and each section is conducted for two hours. Eligibility Criteria:

Indians, NRIs, OCIs, and PIOs can apply for GCET.
The candidate must be over 17 years of age.
Applicants with valid scorecards are eligible for the GCET examination.
Students must have finished 12th grade with Physics, Mathematics, and English as primary subjects.
Physics and Mathematics must be scored at least 45%.
B.tech: At least 45% in the general category. 40% based on SC / ST / OBC category
B.Arch: At least 50% in the general category. 45% based on SC / ST / OBC category
B.Sc(Nursing): At least 45% in general category, with PCB subjects40% based on SC / ST / OBC category

B.Pharma: At least 45% in the general category. 40% based on SC / ST / OBC category
