It a Saturday morning CrossFit class. This WOD is modified from one posted by Crossfit Mayhem. One of the greatest Cross Fitters of all time, Rich Froning, created the WOD. How far can you get in 30 min? Competition class is longer, heavier, and more skilled based than our regular Crossfit class. It requires a high level of proficiency with all movements of Crossfit, and we try to hit all 3 modalities equally to train the 3 headed dragon. Do you think you have what it takes? Ask a coach.
