Peanut butter cookies with our Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 egg, room temp
1 tsp vanilla extract
Captain’s Pink Himalayan Sea salt


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl whisk the brown sugar, the egg, and the vanilla together. Fold in the peanut butter and stir until all the batter is completely smooth.
Put a piece of parchment paper on the baking sheet and drop spoonfuls of the cookie batter evenly apart. Add a pinch of the Captain’s Pink Himalayan Sea Salt Crystals on top of each dough ball and bake until golden and cracked on the top; about 15-20 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve!
