If you’ve been around the gym for a while, you have likely seen someone participating in our Coach’s Corner Program. Often times, you will see members in the office talking with Matt about fitness or nutrition. You may also see individuals doing “extra work” around the gym during or between classes. The Coach’s Corner is a one-on-one program designed to help our members meet their fitness goals . . . faster. To better illustrate what we can do through the Coach’s Corner and how much the program helps, we asked a few of our participants to give us a review.
